Why Heal?..... Most people think this spell as a support or jungle one but it can be used as a escape and a in battle WIN and to support dieing allies . Why teleport? ..... well this is personally one of my favourite spells in the entire game. It allows me to get back in lanes to farm fastr. It can be used for ganks and for escaping.

Choice of Lanes and roles

With this build the choice of lanes and roles is ALL even in the jungle .. just you will need a hard leash.
With Jarvan IV I mostly support , this is how i do it. Firstly i buy a sapphire crystal / mana crystal and a ward (replacing the 2 health pots). my strategy is just harrasing the enemey adc by using the COMBO (check in abilities to see what the COMBO is). i usually do this by hiding in the bushes an when they are off guard 'BAM!' i use it over and over again. When level 6 and i have the ult i tell the ally adc whos laning with me to get ready to kill. COMBO is used then ults the enemy adc/support . enemy champs slowed . enemy champ is DEAD.

Use this same strategy in top and mid . keep spamming the COMBO and piss the enemy champs off!!!!

When jungling use the combo for ganking and kill securing.
