This is the most free match-up possible.
You can trade him since lvl 1 starting W, making proc your Electrocute with 2 different elements.
The only way sylas can beat you is because you took a bad trade before the all-in and you have ignite in cooldown.
Be sure to ignite him at the start of the all-in to reduce his healing.
Zed
You CAN'T lose this matchup against a bad zed :
You have to be sure he has no W if you want to take a worth trade.
You can use grass Q to make his Q hard to hit.
MOST IMPORTANT : The one who ults first DIES, because you can both counter the ultimate of the opponent.
Kassadin
Kassadin is not that EASY to beat for an average Qiyana player.
He will always go ignite/electrocute & resolve with bone plating, so be sure to make it proc before you take an all-in.
DO NOT trade him since you are not lvl 3 otherwise you will just end-up losing your trade, and let him scale.
DO NOT kill him 10 times in a row, his objective is to scale and NOT to beat you in 1v1 (if you let him get your shutdown you can be sure the game will be WAY harder).
Anivia
This match-up is all about the wave management.
She will just try to push you every time to make you stick on the lane and avoid your roaming.
Be sure to not have your W in cooldown since it's pretty much your only tool to jump over her W.
Abuse grass Q to be untargetable, avoiding all her E's.
Pantheon
You can literally deny all his tools to kill you while he can't.
Be sure to use grass Q everytime he use empowered W, so he won't be able to use triple autos after the stun.
Keep in mind that you need to use W only when he E, so you can go behind him easily.
Pantheon is easy to beat if you are reactive, and let him engage you instead of commiting on him.
Be carefull about the placement of the ennemy jungler since he can just flash on you.
Akali
Akali is pretty annoying because you can't take a long trade against her.
Use your Q grass if Akali hit your E (when the target is invisible, akali can't press E to get close to her target)
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia can be annoying because of her W and her ult, but you can beat her by using grass Q because her only way to make dmgs is to hit E which is targetable.
You can E-Q then go through her by using W to dodge her W or her Ult.
Fizz
The little fish can choose his trades while you cannot do it.
His E can be an engage AND a disengage, the only way you win that match-up is because you dodged his E with your (on a minion)
Fizz is also a good champion underturret because he can last hit minions with his W and needs a lot of space to throw his ult and detonante it before you reach your own turret.
I recommend to play this matchup at your turret and use grass Q to force him engage you with E and not Q and punish him if he dives you
Tristana
Hard matchup.
Keep being under turret, use grass Q before 6 then poke her to 75%.
If she has no bone plating/exhaust, all-in her with ice Q and break her neck with a full combo.
Lucian
Grass Q to avoid double autos.
Be a ***** till 6 and don't greed for farm.
poke to 75% and all-in.
BE CAREFULL :
If you don't kill him on your all-in, he will R you to death punishing you for your fail.
Be sure to kill him if you want to take a trade, however just stay underturret and pray for your jungler to have a heart.
Zoe
Zoe will change her playstyle according to the summoners she get.
You won't be able to kill her since she doesn't int.
She will trade you with Iron solary/exhaust/randuin etc.
Or just play safe and try to hit E.
You can easily preshot your Ult when she get back on her dash in case she misses her E, she won't have any tools to stop you.
Ziggs
This is a pretty easy matchup when you get prowler's claw.
You will just have to use your item on a minion then full combo him.
Don't try to kill him in early if he plays safe, and ask to your jungle a fast wave push when you want to back because of his wave clear
Lux
You might think that a mage is a free kill for an assassin ? it isn't.
Lux is super annoying because she will just wave clear and use her ult on the wave for every back.
There is pretty much nothing you can do to kill her if she plays barrier.
Double dash on the wave with prowler's claw et root her with ice Q in case your jungler wants to unlock the situation, then you will be able to roam.
Talon
He won't be able to double hit W if you play decently.
Get oracle lens early in the game to see where he is while ulting.
Missing your ult will result to your instant death.
When talon ults, use Grass Q and tempo so he won't be able to turn all his shurikens to you by pressing Q.
His weakness is that he can't full all-in you pre-6 because he needs the double stack of the W for it.
Be sure to take VERY short trades and dodge the return of the W.
Renekton

Dodge the game (worse than renekton)
Sett
Bait his E and try to poke him.
Spam ping your jungler because sett will perma push.
he can't hit his W if you don't get CC by E.
Take a lot of space because of his move speed from his Q.
Qiyana
Only beifeng can beat you as a 1v1 qiyana because you are the best.
Aurelion Sol
Run him down, win the game.
Spam ping your allies about his roams.
Ahri
Don't play before lvl 3, bait her E then all-in.
Cho'Gath
Kill him before 6 or alt+F4.
Mordekaiser
This is the secret counter of Qiyana, and i ALWAYS play mordekaiser when someone pick my champion.
HE IS NOT the biggest counter of qiyana, but why would i rather play him instead of Kled ?
Mordekaiser can kill qiyana from lvl 1 to 18, when Mordekaiser kills qiyana few times, her jungler will wake up and gank you.
Then you keep the pressure and ult the ennemy jungler!
It's easier for morde to kill Qiyana because she will greed for sure.
The only thing qiyana can do, is dodging Morde's E with the W, so you can just force her to waste a Q when farming underturret.
After losing 30 CS doing that, she will try to dodge your E without using W.
Then you run down her and get a kill.
NP for the pro strat btw.
Ekko
He got a lot of wave clear and you can't really kill him because of his ult.
What can you do then ?
Take really short trades, and play for squirmishes since you are better than him in early game.
Yone
You thought that Yone is a 200 years champ and you can't kill him right ?...
Take short trades making electrocute proc.
Abuse grass Q when he uses E.
all-in him while his E is in cooldown.
Dodge his ult with your multiple dashes.
Make him regret to pick that dark-yasuo champ ffs.
Katarina
You win long/short trades.
Be sure the wave is stacked because she will play TP/ignite for sure, her only way to get out of your all-in is dashing on an incoming wave.
You can only lose a trade by walking on 2 daggers, you are better than this buddy.
The BEST combo to trade her is :
E-Q(Grass) then get the space in your invisibility zone to get out of her Q range, W out and 2nd Q her using ICE to avoid a counter-engage (yes i know in short trades you need high APM to not missclick ice Q)
Lissandra
Pretty easy matchup
Care about her rotate CC if there is another ennemy
Orianna
Easy matchup after your Prowler's claw rush.
Let her push and take a LONG trade, you should kill her before she gets to her turret.
Zilean
You both can't kill your opponent after 6.
He will outscale you and make you useless.
Only cringe pisslowbob unsecured players plays Zilean mid anyways.
Vladimir
You got the advantage in this matchup from lvl 2 to 11.
let him push you to take a long trade because of the pool.
Bait him with Grass Q when he walks up to you with his Q empowered to turn him.
Kill him every 3 mins with your ignite.
Lee Sin
This matchup is horrible because only lee can kill his opponent.
Playing grass Q will be useless since he can see you using E.
There is no way you don't go 0/3 :/
Diana
Diana is good with Qiyana because they are both assassin usefull in early/late AND in teamfight.
It is a good champion because your useless toplaner won't pick an AP and you don't want a 0/12 brand support in your team.
Ekko
Same as diana but a bit more scaling because of dark harvest
Lee Sin
Qiyana & Lee sin are both incredibly good in early game, you can stomp your game if it goes well.
You can cheese with him to be sure the ennemy jungler will be useless, as the midlaner you just destroyed.
Also, lee sin is the worst counter of Qiyana so that is really good to have him in your team.
Fiddlesticks
Feed your fiddlesticks to have a good teamfight.
AP champ, so good anyways with Qiyana.
You can dive easily with a fiddle as 3 top or 4 bot.

Same as lee sin but AP

Lillia gives you the opportunity to be placed wherever you wants.
She allows you to find the perfect angle and choose how you will use your ultimate.

Karthus is really good with Qiyana because whoever gets the kill will be pretty much the same.
In Qiyana's wet dream, she will ult 5 peoples and make them losing 1/3 of their health bar.
Exactly the same for karthus.
Karthus is also a late game champ while Qiyana is really good in early and decent in late.
