Ap jax is alot less forgiving than normal jax due to how much less survivablity he loses in trade for damage. When playing ap jax you must be precise with fight that you chose and when you go in. Playing around item spikes is KEY. Your identity is an assasin but can be more utility based if your team needs.

AP jax deals damage with lichbane, e and r. His E is most of it normally but if they don't attack you or you don't fight in a wave, it's kinda bad. Combo like its normal jax but you need to be quick since AP jax dies easily. Your 3rd auto is the time to go in. My recomendation is to play a lot of games and feel the damage out.

firstly just full clear, you can adapt to the situation but this is your best bet. Jax can fight for the scuttle but he is generally weaker in these fights. Jax has great ganks due to his e and q jumps, use this to gank. Level 6 is when you can start the snowball, AP jax's R can be used as a burst tool much like evelynn. Don't hold ghost for a rainy day, use it and run them down. You want to keep farm up all game as he farms quick.

In the mid game AP jax becomes alot harder as you get killed with ease. YOU MUST time your engages well and make sure to avoid champions that can dodge you e. YOUR E IS YOUR WINNING ABILITY. Use e but trake flashs and peel to make sure when you q onto them it lands everytime. Jax is an adc terrorist and is great at shutting them down.

late game is mid game but a little harder since you die even quicker. At this point you shred tanks and you can beat most champs in a 1v1. Ap Jax's weakness is burst.

Ap jax sucks if he can't get to the back line in team fights as cc shuts him down. Knowing how the enermy will react to you going in is key and finding the window and agle can be very hard. Flanking is normally very good and sometimes even just playing to clean up is needed. Some games teamfighting is impossible so playing for picks is best.

Ap jax isn't great in every game and one slip can lose you the game however you can adapt to the game. Sometime you're behind, everfrost is great here as you can support you're team and it's cheap. Remember that practice makes perfect and with AP jax your limits are very defining, learn them winning hard games and coming back is defined by this.
