Me playing anivia
Bush cheese
Ideally you want to go into the third bush and cheese the enemy bot lane by getting a Q and maybe a few auto if you can this will give you an edge as long as you hit your Q
Lane phase
In the lanes you can poke poke as much as you can to be able to get pred boots as soon as possible since it is a vital part of your kit.
During lane you want to be playing around Q cooldown since when you don't have your Q up against most champions you are going to be very vulnerable so be careful when using it

First back
You get your pred boots and go for a roam and get vision in the jungle this can be done as long as your ADC won't die because you left the lane
How to use pred boots
Once you got your pred boots what you are looking to do is pop pred boots run at the enemy and wall them off so your team can hard engage him and he can not get away you can even throw in a Q to make it even harder on the enemy
Being tanky
Once you get your items and you get over 2000hp (give or take) with the crown it is really hard to kill you so you can absorb a lot of dmg and if the enemy uses a key ability on you it is going to be quite easy for your team to clean them up as long as they are in the range of you
Utility
This build is mainly providing the team utility since you can engage for your team you can zone them off you can kite for your carry etc etc
