HowlHena over here! I used to be on 40k with Warwick, but after 2 months I made it to 160k. I've been spamming Warwick all day everyday for 2 months so just trust me with this build. I recently experimented with these runes after Warwick's Blood Hunt was fixed and went from an average 8/2/6 to an average of 20/8/15. Why use the common Press the Attack when you can do so much more... I carry my matches. My Warwick doesn't get weaker, unlike other Warwick's out there.

Usually Press the Attack is used on Warwick as it works well on him. However, after Warwick's Blood Hunt was fixed (considered a buff), he now has attack speed when you activate Blood Hunt towards a nearby enemy, no matter their health percentage! Conqueror now swoops in for some true damage and more healing. Just try it out! You can however use Lethal Tempo, but this Guide is how I got my 20/4/8 matches. It's a pretty consistent K/D/A. Such as 20/8/10 and 20/6/6. You feel me? Moving on.

Triumph for some sweet extra gold and health after a kill to make for an easier PENTAKILL!

Legend: Tenacity because slows and stuns are Warwick's biggest weakness. No need for Legend: Alacrity when your Blood Hunt already grants attack speed!

Last Stand because enemies will try to take you out and surprise surprise... you take them out instead! Works well with Warwick's Passive. Coup de Grace also works well on Warwick's Blood Hunt passive Eternal Hunger however I prefer baiting enemies to think they can win before I end up destroying them. Choose whichever, it is a personal preference depending on playstyle ;)

I then chose Cheap Shot as it works well with Warwick's Primal Howl and Infinite Duress. No need for Taste of Blood when you already have healing. Sudden Impact isn't a bad choice either as it works with Warwick's Jaws of the Beast and Infinite Duress. Another personal preference rune. I have yet to try it out. So I will update frequently. Experiment at own risk!

Relentless Hunter because it is a paw. And come on, more movement speed towards enemies!

Attack Speed - Attack Speed because why not have some more?
Adaptive Force - Adaptive Force because well, damage.
Shield - Armor. If you feel you work better with Flat Health scaling then by all means, pick Flat Health.

Tiamat is a simple cheap item on its own. Perfect for clearing camps such as Raptors and Krugs. Can be upgraded to Titanic Hydra but wait until full build before you do this as it is unnecessary.

Bonus Attack Speed. Stronger auto attacks. Lovely!

Bonus Attack Damage. 10% Cooldown Reduction. They won't see that 2nd Q coming!

Bonus Health. Deals damage to nearby enemies. Something like Sunfire Aegis. It's called CinderHULK for a reason!

I don't care for boots so I always run Ninja Tabi on Warwick. Armor is just great! Boots are situational however. So with an AP enemy team it would be smart to go for Mercury's Treads

Wit's End because of it's passive. Kind of like this item was made for Warwick!

Keep getting into sticky situations where you wish you had just a little bit more health to get away? This item will help you with that. Or it can help you secure a kill, or five!

If you want EVEN MORE movement speed and tons of armor then Dead Man's Plate is the way! Or go for Spirit Visage if you're up against AP!

Pros - Warwick does NOT fall off mid/late game with this build. Cons - So much damage that allies get no kills. I'm serious.
