Champion Build Guide
Just a few notes!
Hello there summoner!
I'm currently maining Irelia and decided to make this guide as I go along. Currently M4 with her, about 85% of the way to M5, so I am aware I'm not that reliable by some standards, however, we are all learning together!
So here are a few tips and tricks!
POKING EARLY | You can use your W to poke from a distance, it doesn't do a lot of damage, however, something is better than nothing. E is also a good poke, however with the range nerf you'll more than likely have to use it to go in unless you can land it while walking away from the enemy.
SUSTAIN | I buy a lot of rejuv beads when I play her. They give that extra regen so if you're forced to fall back to turret, you can regen much faster and see to it that they don't get too many hits on it. Combined with Corrupting potion, you'll have regen coming out of your nose.
YOU CAN FALL OFF HARD | At the beginning of my long road of maining Irelia, I fell off late game to the point where I'd die to a support, causing my team to flame. Sometimes stuff takes time getting used to. This build is the one I found and shortly after my late game was strong. Try and keep your deaths to a minimum, and keep your kills up, as your presence will be stronger. However, if you're the main tank, just know you'll be targetted heavily and you should be prepared for that. Typically you'll have the health and damage to outlive enemies though so as long as you're with your team when you're against more than one enemy, life will go pretty smoothly. Just watch out for those damage dealers with armor pen cause like, yikes.
