Attack the enemy champion with Equilibrium Strike to slow or stun him
Follow up with as many auto attacks as possible (should be at least two)
If the gap has gotten too big to auto attack, use Bladesurge again to close the gap
Follow up with as many auto attacks as possible (should again be at least two)

Level-4-Combo

First last-hit a Minion with Bladesurge to immediately reset this ability
Attack the enemy champion with Equilibrium Strike to slow or stun him
Activate Hiten Style
Follow up with as many auto attacks as possible (should be at least two)
If the gap has gotten too big to auto attack, use Bladesurge again to close the gap
Follow up with as many auto attacks as possible (should again be at least two)

Level-6-Combo
