Ignite is a great spell for securing a kill especially in brawler top lane. With ghost u can chase down people with easy especial with you w active and combined with shurelya's Reverie u have super fast insinuation onto the enimy team

Underestimated how much burst damage you have.
Great initiation especially onto the enemy ADC combine with ulti that ADC is as good as dead.

Weak early level but once you got a bit of farm and items under you unbeatable.
if you lose laning faze to hard in your lane you will find it very hard to come back.

With these runes i focus on general tackiness and some early game damage to help with you early game hardship as poppy. With attack damage quints and marks getting cs is alto easier as poppy has no cc. also maybe if against a weaker laning opponent some more damage need for that kill.

With seal armor you gain allot of early game armor and combined that with poppy's w passive makes her a beast tank.

I take scaling magic resist glyph i proffer the scaling ones because i find that the have much better impact for me as no ADC as great ability power at level one that by doing this my mid game and late game is so much stronger.

The only rune i may change is the ad quints i haven't yet tested but maybe AP or magic resist depending o n the enemy team and who your lainig against.

Her q is great for farming tho at early level i uses allot of mama.
