Asterisk Means SMITE!

Start by smiting your blue buff (1) early (preferably while Iron Will is active)
then head over to Gromb (2) and then to Wolfs (3), kill small wolfs first and use your smite for the big one.
Then Head back and buy your stalkers blade and 2-3 potions.
Get your Red Buff (4) without smiting and then kill wraiths (5) with SMITE*! Use your true vision from smiting wraiths to check for wards on the River, if you don't find any and see an opportuniyu, gank MID, otherwise enemy BOT is pushing, GANK BOT, if nothing of these are true, then it's time to C-C-C-C-COUNTER JUNGLEE!! Make sure to smite enemy wolves to get a deep Ward in the enemy jungle.

*You can get Wraiths without smiting and keep it for slowing your enemy when ganking (do this when you know the enemy has no wards)

AD Marks and Quints cause Lee scales nicely with AD.
Armor > Health, cause monster camps deal Physical damage.
4 Flat MR for that one early gank against the APC

We Prefer Damage Oriented Runes Because you need the extra early game damage for ganks, while you can pick up tanky items later on as the gmae progresses.

Do NOT take the 1 Critical Strike Mark, It does give you more damage BUT! Gromp usually needs 1 extra hit AND it's harder to give the Blue buff to your APC

You get the most out of the Offense tree for Ganks and Offensive power so you don't need to invest in Damage items.
Also the 5% CD reduction is nice, add the 10% from your Jungler item and you will never need more than 15% CDR on Lee Sin
