At early game you should communicate with ur team and make them engage as you do. With your flash you can land a 'Q' first, and that'll slow them down enough for you to flash in their face. Only do this with a teammate with CC.

It's a agressive stragety that might win you the early game for you, and the teammates that's helping you. JUST COMMUNICATE, ITS IMPORTANT!!

These are some runes i found from one of my idol's. They really fit Dr.Mundo's playstyle, and his benefits from it are really strong. This way you can easily tank for your team.

Pros:
Nice poke
Strong sustain
Good damage output
Naturally tanky
Nice movementspeed de-buff with his ult

Cons:
Can be shut down early game, if really enemies want to
Can easily be countered by percantage of max health damage

Your jungleing route might be a blue start. For example: If you're on blue side and the enemy Lee sin is starting red, you start blue. And the other way(s) around.
