You need to perma ban this demon right quickly. This is an extremely difficult match for Yorick. Your poor ghouls will be the ones to help this demon get passive and will beat you easily. If Ire plays this matchup correctly, Yorick will only have can just hold the turret and wait for a gank. It will also be very difficult for you to solo 1v1 with it because your ghouls are completely useless because each of your ghouls will die when Ire Q hits them, worse yet, it will give Ire 1 passive stack for each ghouls. But being extremely difficult does not mean that you cannot win in this match. A secret tip in this match is take ignite to reduce the amount of healing of this demon. During the laning phase, try to hold off until you have about 2 items: Triforce and Hullbreaker.You will have a chance to solo this demon, but before soloing, you MUST have maiden to bonus your magic damage then you will completely outscale this demon.
Jax
This is also a very difficult matchup for Yorick. He turns on E, killing all your ghouls and maiden.Q to escape your W. And you can't do anything when Jax turns on his E at all. When Jax has intends to jump in and stun you, you just need to press W to stop him and when his E end,you can trade with him
Fiora
I also intend to keep this match at a major level, but if you meet a good Fiora players, then congratulations, you've lost the lane. Her main damage is from her vitals so try to hug the wall to cover the vitals so Fiora doesn't hit and try to avoid W of Fiora and if not, you will die. Mordekaiser

Insance CC and damage,he can take your ghouls to stun you with his E,so stay on the same side with your ghouls.Don't go all-in with him,you just need stack your ghouls and then throw your E to poke him poke him low.I suggest you go lethality in this matchup
Tryndamere
Tryn can spammable his E with low cooldown and Yorick has no CC to deal with him when is ult turned on.You must kill him 3 times before he 6 to buy plated steelcaps and components triforce
Kled
Kled E is bugged,it will oneshot all your ghouls.But kled also have a weird bug that Kled baby form counts towards his maximum HP. This means your E, R and Divine Sunderer rips holes into him. Go Sunderer against Kled and make him useless.
Riven
Insane DPS at the early game with her passive and all her Q.She can dash through you cage with Q3 and E.If she wastes all her Q and E.Go all-in.If she turned her ult,run.
Renekton
Like Riven,this crocodile has an insane DPS and very mobile.Try to W when he wastes 2 dashes and looking for the all-in.Rush Plated Steelcaps is not a bad idea.
Yone
He is very powerful after 2 items.Btw,he is very useless when you have Plated Steelcaps and dodging his Q3.Try to bait his Q.You need to run if he turned on his E that does a lot of damage than you expected
Volibear
Volibear has no mobility except his R.You can actually block him with your cage and beat him around with ghouls.Try to dodge his E,if you get hit you will be ready feel the pain.Try to kite him when his W is on you and don't let him bite you to heal a lot of HP.This is a very hard matchup if you don't know how to spacing
Wukong
Wukong will be a very tough matchup if you don't respect his damage and armor from his passive.Levels 1-6 try to respond with Q's as much as possible but play safe, as he's much stronger than you with E attack speed, conqueror and passive stacked. If he messes up a Q on a minion or W. It's time for the all-in
Pantheon
Very very strong at the early game with PtA and ignite so try to play safe early game, and you will outscale him at your sheen item. Don't Q him when he E's in your direction.
Yasuo
Like his brother.Very obnoxious because he can E around like a rat and dodge your skills. Play safe or aggressive, doesn't matter, just try Q'ing a lot if he tries to do anything spicy.
Urgot
Has a very powerful all-in, if you dodge his E but intentionally get by his Q,he is fightable.His W can kills all your ghouls and wall very quickly, but getting hit by one of his abilities makes it so that Urgot targets you instead of the ghouls, so that you can dps with him the ghouls.
Aatrox
Skill matchup,but it a Yorick favoured.Aatrox is very strong at early game if you get hit all his Q+conqueror,you die.A good Aatrox always spacing you and don't let you bonk him.However you will easily outscale him when you take ignite.1 thing to be aware of is his R can fear your ghouls and maiden and that can remove a lot of your damage temporarily. Also you should try placing W down after he dashes with E.
Camille
Another skill matchup.If she try to E you,just w yourself to trap her in that cage.Don't Q her if her passive still on.
Cho'Gath
Cho Gath is a pretty tough matchup, as you have to go for a very rough all in to kill him, as you cannot poke him, because he can kill all your ghouls and heal his HP with his passive. He can also R your maiden, so don't just randomly throw it out, as he will take a free dinner. Just play and look around for opportunities with your jungler.
Malphite
Malphite is a tank, and Yorick is a tank shredder, having percent health damage AP on his E and R. Malphite has a lot of consistent poke with his Q and can still be tanky due to his insanely high amount of armor.Malphite damage depends on his armor which is his W and E that scale with the armor.But the black cleaver will reduce his armor 30%,so that means you can actually go black cleaver at the 2nd Items to reduce his tankiness and his damage.
Jayce
This is a very good matchup for Yorick.D-shield and 2nd wind is key.He will bullied you at the level 1(or not) so go E to farm and let him push.You can beat him easily of all times,when he try to trade with you and if him Q into you,just block him with your cage and bonk on his head
Ornn
High tankiness and damage,he can break your cage with your E. But he's not tanky enough early game to deal with you, so if he make any mistake.Go for it
Sion
Very tankiness and high amount of damage at the late game.You can use to edge of your W to stop his Q.Your W can also block his ult.But he can also E your ghouls to slow you down, so be aware of that gank setup.
Rumble
No mobility, but he will does a lot of damage from his Q and Ult. Avoid walking into his Ult, and try to W after he W's, as he gets a lot of movement speed.
Olaf
The most scariest thing from Olaf is his ult and high amount of damage and he can run you down so be aware,but he is very immobile so use a smart W to kite him until he out of Ult form.
Maokai
Maokai has a lot of CC and with a spammable Q as well as a passive that heals him, it can take a lot of time to kill him. Still a good matchup as Yorick demolishes tanks.
Akali
Akali is a decent matchup, having a lot of strong burst in her abilities. She has really good survivability with the E and the dumb W. However once you hit your one item powerspike, and you hit your E, you should be able to beat her reasonably.If you get outplayed,skill issues,git gud

Darius is a very easy matchup for Yorick but Darius will win hard at level 1-5 .A good Darius won't let you stack ghouls and will buillied you when you don't have ghouls.He is very useless when he get stuck in Yorick cage 'cause he can't Q you .You can beat him easily all times if you have ghouls.And it being an even easier time with ult. However be careful that if you make a stupid mistake, getting caught out by him in a long lane with no ghouls, or walking into him with no ghouls or doing anything related to him with no ghouls.
Garen
Immobile.But is quite tanky with his W.He's useless when get stuck in your cage.Easy matchup as long as you land your E and W.Try to kite him with your cage and ghouls and don't let him touch you,if you get touch,you'll die
Nasus
This dog that can stack his Q on your ghouls, but who cares when he's very immobile and has to take an insane damage from ghouls at early game.
Kayle
No range, no mobility, don't have any damage early game.Outscales you at late game,but you can oppress her early game. and use that lead to destroy her mid-game.
Trundle
No mobility, no survivability unless his ult.Try to play around your E,W and ghouls. Be wary of his E capability with his jungler.
Teemo
No mobility, no survivability.Stacked your ghouls,E and then bonk him but don't bonk him when you blind,wait it out.
Illaoi
Illaoi useless without E but ghouls block her E.That means if you want to all-in with illaoi,make sure that you have 4 ghouls.Just don't make a stupid mistake.
