This is my Darius guide
he is a Very Fun champion That can completely hard carry a game/feeding team due to him being amazing in team fights or he can split push and gather objectives/push bot for baron very easily with zzrot.
Runes
For Reds i take 8 attack damage and one critical strike chance rune this is good because if you get 5 stacks then the 1% crit rune activates on your w (or even just an auto attack) DAMN DOES IT DO SOME SERIOUS DAMAGE
For Yellows i take full Armor and for blues i take full magic resist (self explanatory)
Items
Rush- black cleaver vs a team that has 1 tank very good item that makes you and your adc deal a lot of damage OR Trifoce vs a team that has 0 tanks (for example Riven top elise jungle and soraka support) this provides a lot of damage
VS AD - Sunfire and ZZrot both assist in split pushing and sunfire helps when fighting
Frozen heart is very good vs an all ad comp and so is iceborn if you need extra cooldown
VS Crit - Randuins is very good at protecting vs Vayne Yasuo Caitlin ext obnoxious crits
Vs AP build a spirit visage and if they have more that one ap consider a banshees veil
