Remember the infamous Katarina+Morgana+Kayle combo? Now you won't need Kayle anymore!
Katarina's main weakness is crowd control. Morgana's E removes that weakness pretty much for as long as the Crowd of the Shattered Queen effect lasts. The damage reduction will make the shield last longer.
Since Katarina can't go for Rocketbelt with this build, she has a bit of a lack for engage and damage which is compensated by Morgana's role to engage and enhance Katarina's damage.
Since botlane is Katarina's second home aside from midlane, those two can work great together!
