While Teemo is incredibly easy to learn, he is very hard to master. He is very fun and he is very easy to abuse at low elo. This build is not designating rules when playing Teemo, but rather guidelines. Teemo is considered a troll champion, so naturally your hard carrying will go unnoticed, but your elo is nothing but the truth. When you climb, and they stay hardstuck bronze, you'll be soaring higher than any other champ could take you. Teemo is incredibly easy to abuse because he is constantly staying afloat in the meta, despite all the changes. Since most top laners do not have any runes that can really contest him, he can win out in lane against most champions. This forces any champion you're opposing into two choices. The first option is to run Resolve, spam magic resist and struggle to stay on par with you. The other option or wait out laning phase, losing waves of cs in gold and experience. The only way the second option can work is if the top laner and jungler are coordinated well. Teemo is incredibly versatile, since he has movement speed, kiting ability, and soft CC. If your opponent builds Adaptive Helm or Spirit Visage, go AD for your second item. Never let up pressure in laning phase, and keep a stern eye on your river wards. If you maintain your focus on cs, applying pressure, and coordinating with your team, Teemo is without a doubt is the champion for you.
