Intro: Kayle: The True Fallen Angel
Lane:
As for Lane Kayle, your main job is to not let the enemy camp you as you try to get as much gold as you can possible to hog your way for your Core Items being: Trinity Force, Berserker's Greaves, and Nashor's Tooth. Your full example build will be along the ways for Kayle would be Ryial's for the Damage and Constant CC, Wit's End for Protection against all AP Champions,[/u] and Runaan's for the Triple Threat Attack Speed. For Spells, you got either Heal or Ignite and Flash.
Support:
You can try, but... It just doesn't work for Kayle. Her powespiking days will be over, and you have to heavily rely on your W and Q rather then your E. You will do barley any Damage up untill Late Game at 35+ Minutes, and the only real 'Support' You can do is making sure your ADC is safe and sound and does not die. You could have picked any other support in the game and could have done better job then Kayle, as she's more of a Greedy Laner then a 'support', but if you still want to give it a try, here are the Items to build for Kayle: Sightstone, Boots of Speed, Frost Queen's Claim, Berserker's Greaves, Nashor's Tooth, Wit's End, Ryial's Crystal Specter, Ruby Sightstone. And take Exhaust and Flash.

For the Riches: If you were lucky enough to get both Judgement Kayle and Silver Kayle, you are one the lucky Gods of Riot Games. If you still want to have a cool skin, then Aether Wing Kayle is your only bet.
For the Standards: Riot Kayle is more silly then anything since I still think that she looks more like a lifesized action figure, but that's still prett cool, while Iron Inquisitor Kayle is more Cool, but has no special effects what so ever.
Disapproval Skins: Virdian Kayle. Unmasked Kayle and Battleborn Kayle are all poor skins that you should avoid. Not that I hate them, but Kayle has some other skins that beat those skins.

For TL;DR: Good for Low ELO, but imminently switch to a different champion once your in Platnium V.
For Full Information: For all those Kayle Mains out there, the answer is no. You might as well just use her getting your Chest and Keys then actually using her Competitively, Especially as a Kayle Support. ...It just doesn't work for Kayle. Fine yes, You get to manage and anchor your greatest team player and making sure he gets all the kills for you, but you have picked any other Support and could have done a whole lot better. As For Lane Kayle, You need to worry about your Attack Speed and Armor, as your both squishy and pretty easy to take down pre-6. And even if you manage to not die pre-6, Now you need to worry about your Attack Speed Items, And Phreak knows how expensive some of the attack speed items are. I'm not trying to Bash on Kayle, but when it comes to "Coming challenjour" with Kayle, it just does not fit in. She Desperately needs a rework.
