Introduction
Pros:
Your fast af boyyyy
The ganks are coming in fast and furious
Just because you're fast don't mean you're not tanky.
Armor=Damage
Cons:
Stuns counter you. Guess what every single person in the game has.
Even though you have a mastery that cancels slows, it barely does it's job by 5%.
Anti-Tanks are gonna give you a bad time.

Boots Of Mobility:
Ah, there's nothing better then that sweet, sweet +115 movement speed. Getting this to rush anywhere on the racetrack is a very strong choice for Lightning McQueen

That short speed boost can be the difference between life and death, black and white, McQueen and Chick Heckaicks. Dang I hate that guy.
Dead Man's Plate: When you're running, you better pray that the momentum gets up and zoom, you're off. It's such a great item for both tankieness and mobility, just what we need.
Statikk Shiv: You can't be lightning without the lightning. The shock will be great engaging large groups of enemies.
Abysal Scepter: This item I wiuld put on McApueen for the extra MR and AP. Get this on the regular route if their team is heavy AP.

Q-Powerball: Your Q is your bread and butter, so we will be maxing this first. You roll up into a wheel and slowly gain speed until it runs out. If you hit something, you can knock them up. Be careful about bratty minions that you might run into. Remember to W then Q so you're a tank with a gank.
W-Defensive Ball Curl: People underestimate this, but it's really good when tower diving. You gain so much damage resist and suddenly your sustain is huge. Like I said, use this when towerdiving or taking tower for one of your teammates
E-Puncturing Taunt: Basically the opposite of your W, this baby lowers the damage resistance off enemy champs so they are much more vulnerable. Use this when someone is towerdiving allies. Keeps in mind it's single targeted, so choose your victim wisely.
R-Tremors: What do race car drivers want to do? They want to win races, so what do you do? You try to slow them down. This ult not onlu does it's job well, it slows people in the midst of it. Run it down mid and slow the whole team while your team tries to catch up from behind.

Ghost: I would reccomend this to run or chase fir that sweet speed boost
Smite: If you don't take this, you're really stupid
Flash: Eh. I mean, yes it's a very good spell, but cars fon't teleport. I would only reccomend this if the enemy jungler can either teleport, or is faster then you.
