Pros / Cons

+ Pros +

+Spells offer great utility
+Can save herself with good use of ultimate
+Glacial Path gives unique escape and initiation potential
+Can initiate well and has good ganking potential

- Cons -

- Ring of Frost could put you out of position trying to use it.
- Long base cooldowns on most spells
- Takes time to Master completely

Okay, so I like to use offense Masteries,
as you can see I play 21/9/0

I think these Masteries give you the best opening,
for harras, farming with some defense masteries for early game.
You need to play safe, not to push hard into their turret becuse you can get ganked, even with a ward!

Starting Items

I like to start with those items cause it´s give me a good mana regen combind with your passive. Also sustain so you can spam your abilities, as well as the charm so you can build your chalice slightly faster. You can also buy a ward.

Core Items

Athene's Unholy Grail gives you a good mana regeneration so you can spam your abilities as well as sorcerer boots and deathcap so you can start dealing massive damage. Rabadon's Deathcap is always good for an APC.

Endgame Items

Building Hourglass gives you a defensive option same as Guardian Angel. Void staff will help out in penetrating your opponents magic resistance and Morellonomicon ensures you can maintain cap without trying.

Summoner Spells

Recommended Spells

Flash is my favorite, it is very good spell for either offence or escaping. It is good for picking kills, escape, chasing and much more!

Ignite is a very good "finisher", can be very useful after your enemy is getting under his turret. Moreover, it can be very effective vs. 'healer' champions such as Dr. Mundo

Greater Quintessence of Ability Power x3

Greater Seal of Mana Regeneration x9

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration x9

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist Power x9

Greater Seal of Armor: Flat Armor seals gives you great armor the early game, shielding you from the enemy's AD carry

Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: MR per level glyphs will give you good MR vs. the enemy's AP Carry.

Greater Quintessence of Ability Power: Flat AP quintessences, cause no one had died from over AP... (Or not?)

Greater Mark of Armor Penetration: The more magic penetration you have the more damage you deal, best choice out of the other marks since flat magic penetration is much more useful than little AP bonus.

Every 18 seconds, Lissandra's next ability costs no mana. Cooldown reduction does not affect Iceborn, but the cooldown is reduced by 1 second whenever Lissandra impairs an enemy's movement with an ability (does not apply to movement-impairing effects from items).

This passive is really cool, Helps you with your mana.

Throws a spear of ice that travels in a line and shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing 75 / 220 / 245 / 180 / 215 (+65% of ability power) magic damage and slowing its Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds. Shards then pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit (but not slowing them).

This skill is good AP scaling.

Freezes an area around Lissandra, dealing 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies and rooting them for 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 seconds.

Nice ability, easy to hit and rooting the target in 1-1.5 sec.

Casts a claw of ice that moves forward in a line, dealing 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to all enemies hit. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location.

Awesome skill, use it well cause it is quite a long cooldown on it.

Enemy Cast: Freezes target champion solid, dealing 150 / 300 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage and stunning it for 1.5 seconds.

Self Cast: Lissandra encases herself in dark ice for 1.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and invulnerable but unable to take any actions.

Dark ice then spreads from Lissandra's target dealing 150 / 300 / 450 (+70% of ability power) magic damage to enemies. The ice lasts for 3 seconds and slows enemy Movement Speed by 20%.

Our ultimate, nice burst. You can use it on yourself to become untargetable for 1.5 sec, and on enemy you will stun for the same duration.
