Lissandra is powerful mage wich can stun and slow enemis. Her ultimate is very useful in teamfights. With a help of glacial path+ her slows and stuns she can escape easy. Chalice of harmony allows u to spamm skills. If u want to gang alot take boots of mobility & alacrity enchantment otherwise take sorcerer's shoes and homeguard enchatment...

Pros :
-Alot of stuns+frezzes
-Ice shard shatters
-Almost noone can chase her ( u can move through walls stun/slow them )
-When you are low in teamfights u just use ulti on yourself, makes u untargetable and invurable + damaging enemis in area )
-Alot of CC
-Strong gangs

Cons:
-Abit hard to master
-Long CD
-Squishy eary game
-Mana hungry
