Im Lorentz, and i give unto you my accumulated knowledge of jingling the jangles as Kayle, and also solo top i guess.

I is a europeen with a thousand thousand games of Kayle.

I play hurr as a bruiser with AD items or a ranged carry usually.


If you play support Kayle you hate life and you are probably a tramp living in a bin eating cartoon fish skeletons.

JINGLE JANGLE
GETS ALL DA ATTACK SPEEDS
You want AS to jingle jangle, kayles base AS is low and bad, AS runes make up for that so she can jingle the jangles a little quicker and rustle more jimmies.
Armour yellows
Are you living under a rock?

TOPLANE
still want attack speeds, but you can put up with some MR/level, just in case a nasty wizard wants to rustle your jimmies.

ooooookay itemses start with

Boots and 3* Health Potion

This gives decent mobility and sustain, boots are all around good. and potions are cheap.

Then get Berserker's Greaves and maybe a few more pots

You get zerks first to combat kayles low attack speed, also they make your ganks harder since you should be able to get them while most laners just have ****ty tier 1 boots.

Follow up with Wriggle's Lantern

free wards and perfect stats is gud, dont hate.

Then onto Phage

It slows ****, you're no longer totally reliant on red.

Then get Wit's End

Slap harder and more often, and get a wee bit of MR

i'd probably go for Trinity Force

a lot of burst through sheen, sustained damage with the other two and an all around great item.

Then pile on the damage with Black Cleaver

your passive is ****, this gives you what it wishes it could.

Add to the beef with an item like Guardian Angel

You have decent health from your fairly high base and trinity force, so this should round out resistances.

Sell Wriggle's Lantern for Bloodthirster

Its a natural upgrade, you wont need the armour any more and the AD and lifesteal on BT is simply better.


Overall this build focuses on damage sustain and burst, perfect for jungling imo due to maximised gank potential without sacrificing clear times, the trade is a bit of late game damage.

FREEEEDOOOOOOOOOM

You can start with
Boots and pots,
or Doran's Blade
or Cloth Armor and 5 pots

or whatever is best for the lane you're in, you should probably know how to decide but if you dont, just go boots.


Get either Wriggle's Lantern or 2* Doran's Blade depending if the person can nuke you hard or not, (if they can get the blades, moar health, though if you went clothpots get the lantern)

Now we're in lane, so the emphasis on Trinity Force is lower, you can still get it yeah but it's more an early game option and i prefer late game when i lane.

So to that end my next item would usually be B. F. Sword and Zeal if i didn't get wriggles I'll get Vampiric Scepter as well
then onto Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer

After this lot i'd go for some hard sustain in the form of Bloodthirster or some Arpen and damage from Black Cleaver if i have wriggles.

Late game defensive items are the usual suspects, Guardian Angel Banshee's Veil Quicksilver Sash

IN JENGLE
You wanna max E for clear speed, W for sustain and ganks and Q can stay at rank 1 till later cause the slow is decent enough at rank 1

Solo Laen
max Q for the relatively cheap harass, use E to farm if zoned and to punish the enemies and zone them back, maxing E pushes a bit too hard imo, same problem as Phoenix Udyr,

Exhaust
Meh, you have Q to slow them and R to reduce their damage, you dont need this.

Garrison
I have no ****ing idea, i dont play glorified ARAM

Ghost
Its ok but you have W for MS and teh usual problem with flash being better generally.

Heal
I guess if you were playing a bot lane kayle with a support (not as a support though) You could do this, but i dont know for sure.

Revive
lol

Smite
Core to jungling, without it all your buffs are belong to the enemy team.

Surge
Noob trap, gives small amounts of ****ty stats.

Teleport
Legit choice for solo top i guess, take it if you want

Cleanse
I like cleanse, but it's not meant for Kayle, she's tough enough to survive a CC.

Clarity
Surely you jest sir.

Ignite
Good choice for solo top, my personal preference for sure.

Promote
Why?

Meh, like i say, not a support

Flash

Jungle Kayle route:
Wolves, get mid to damage them
Blue, get mid to pull and maybe damage a bit
Wraithes, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN SON
Wolves, Back with a vengeance
Red, Lizard killed my dog, get the bastard back.

Gank?

if no, then go to mini golems,
if yes and you fail, get whatever's closest
If yes and you succeed, go back and buy stuff

Then jingle jangle as normal, ganking as often as you think you can get away with.

Throw Q about a bit use E to punish them for thinking they can kill your precious minions and sustain with W, it's pretty self explanatory.
