For me it is looks like Low Elo is almost the whole game. If I really want to tell something which can be called Low Elo by right, I would tell the divisions from Bronze V up to Gold I.

Here the most of the players can't even play this game, they just go in and do what comes to their mind without thinking. That can be said about Low Elo: 0 Skill, 0 Brain.

The most important thing you have to know about Low Elo:
If you won't carry the game, nobody else will do it for you.

Bronze Elo

Bronze Elo is the best part of this game. Full of Feeders, Leavers, Trollers and with similar goodies.

If you are here:
- You are one from above.
- The aim of your life must be to get out of here.

The rule here is:

If you won't feed, all of the others will.

Xin Zhao

So If you want to get out of Low Elo you must carry your games. You must be who deal damage, who leads the team, who engage and you have to be selfish to earn a lots of gold and to carry your team and yourself to the victory.

One of the best champions for this is Xin Zhao.

High Elo

High Elo is an utopistic world which everybody want to reach.
In High Elo you shouldn't build assassin as a jungler, you must go tank and help your team with your CCs.
Your duties with a tank jungler on High Elo to engage, to defend your carries and to help your team in the focus with your CCs.
If you are in High Elo I don't think that you need any sort of help or guides, but this is my

High Elo Xin Zhao Build:

You can use this build when there is no tanks in your team and you feel like you must be the one who will do this. As well as you can build this when you thnik your team is not as bad as it used to be.
I suggest to use this build when you have a full premade team and you know they are doing well and you can play the high elo meta.

0th Item:

Early game jungel help.
Don't upgrade into lantern.

A Boot:

Tenacity makes your life easier.
You don't need to buy it so early,
but it helps you to land your knock-up.

1st Item:

Life Steal increases your jungle sustain.
Gives you one more CCs for your ganks.

2nd Item:

More Armor Penetration.
(Over Challenge)

3rd Item:

Tons of damage.

4th Item:

TIAMAT POWAAAAA

5th Item:

For the sustain.
For the CC.

Low Elo Carry Build:

High Elo/Tank Build:

Blade of the Ruined King

Attack speed items allows Xin Zhao to heal from the passive on Battle Cry more often, increasing his survivability, and triggers the knock-up from Three Talon Strike more quickly.

Randuin's Omen

Randuin's Omen allows Xin Zhao to be more tanky. Using Crescent Sweep which increases your armor and magic resistance while extends the duration of Randuin's Omen's active as well.

The Combo

Both of these items has a unique active ability which slows enemies, BotRK also boosts your movement speed, whereas Randuin's has an AoE effect.

These slows and Audacious Charge makes your enemies almost unable to run away before your 3rd hit of Three Talon Strike.

Skill Sequence

Audacious Charge is the 1st for CD reduction.
Three Talon Strike is 2nd for CD reduction and damage output.
Of course rank up your ultimate on levels 6,11 and 16.
