Lulu Charges very well and a big amount of DMG with Q and E on her enemys. You dont need any attack speed stuff its completly ******ed. Just go with Eleqtriz and a bit extra dmg on the hunting. You get the extra ap by getting your starter item. Just cast all her skills into someone and finish him off. Her auto attacks are good enough for some cleans sure you can use your q to get cannons but thats it. If enemys suck you q first throw him into pet e him with pix and bam he is like a dead rabbit =) Enjoy the strength of lulu. The good thing is you can help also your team with the ablitys so shes everytime hot, since i tryed her with that kind of runes and items iam pretty happy with her. Impressive strong and a good helper you can easy play her on all lanes but lets say if you play top go for magic penetration first. Thats it have fun.
