Hard to master because of combo, skillshots, and positioning
Super squishy
Cooldowns are really long without CDR
Mana early game is really bad
No real escape apart from her flash

Farming is awkward
Spells (Combo)
Q > aa > E > aa
That is her usual combo, but many things can be added in and taken out. if you want you can do this instead.
Q > aa > R > aa
If you can't land your Q use this combo
E > aa > R > aa
You have to make use of your passive, otherwise your abilities don't have that much damage. Your passive is a lot more useful than you think. It provides a better poke. Make sure when you send out your q you can auto right afterwards, even if it doesn't hit. But if you so hit it, you have hit your passive and it's awesome
Farming
NEVER FARM WITH Q (unless you suck)
Don't use your ult to clear waves... Unless your have 45% cdr and there's 20+ cs
Usually when you farm you want to only use your aa. But all mages have problems with farming in large minion waves, so your E will come in handy, but don't spam this. Farming with Lux is very awkward, so try and practice in custom games if you can.

Honestly, just play Lux
She's WAY too fun when you have a good start. You'll be cleanign up and sniping loads of people in your wake. Make sure that you spam your laugh to trigger your team and everyone around you. Ask anything in the comments.
