Do high damage and can take down everything
Can win a 1 v 3 easy
Great escape
Great arrasing

Cons
Being silenced can basicaly kill you
squishy
If not farmed a lot, will not have his maximum
Useless If not fed enought
Team Work
Try to take down the squishiest target. If they are none just go for the carry.
In lane:
Bot:
Let your support stun or slow the enemy before you engage to kill them immediatly.
If the enemy flash away just alpha strike him again.
Mid:

harass ennemy from behind you minion with alpha stike
Top:
The more you harass the better. If the enemy is low you could potentialy tower dive him.
Just alpha strike him and finish him of. then escape with Flash.
