Sup guys just wanted to share my build and what has been working for me so far. It's not perfect and I feel like this setup works magically with Jhin.

Standard Attack Damage Runes but since Jhin has a loads of AD you can grab Armour Pen Runes.

I personally like playing Jhin mid so I take 3 x Lifesteal Quints for sustain. Feel free to go full damage with AD Quints

I prefer Scaling MR for mid to late game and of course Armour Seals.

I have chosen Stormraider's Surge as my keystone because of the fact that it works very well with our passive and will give more movement speed to the point that exhaust does not slow you down at all.

With our keystone it allows us to kit so fast and move around team fights and just delete, delete and delete.

Do not forget to use your W when you see an opportunity to stun an enemy champion that will result in a kill. Jhin's W is amazing for chasing down enemies, sniping them at low health and helping your team-mates to catch/escape ganks.

Your traps can be put on top of each other and both will deal full damage upon activation. Once an enemy steps on it quickly stun them with your W and they will receive death itself.

Use your effectively, if you think your team mates will kill the person you ulted first then quickly switch targets and slow down the other enemy champion so your team can still catch them afterwards.
