Hello. I am spiderscan, a bronze 5 player on the NA server. I started playing in season 3, around the time Aatrox was released. Recently, I started playing Falcon and I really like the champion so here's my guide.

Flash : Good all around spell that I would take all the time. Useful for escaping a bad situation or getting a kill.
Ignite : For securing kills. Falcon especially needs kills to become strong.

I don't take any other spells other than these since they are the most effective.

Marks: Armor Pen marks because as an assassin, Falcon needs to be able to kill a target in one combo. These lets your damage bypass some of the enemy's resistances.
Seals: Seal of Armor is good because Falcon is melee so he can easily be auto attacked by ranged enemy laners, which are common in the mid lane. Can also be substituted with seal of health if you're afraid of being bursted down.
Glyphs: Magic resist glyphs are to help mitigate some damage from enemy spells.
Quints: Attack damage quints help last hit while also giving your spells some more damage.

Mercy: Falcon's passive. It lets him do 10% more damage to people who have their movement restricted. Works well with his W slow.
Noxian Diplomacy: An auto attack modifier. Does a good ammount of damage while also making the enemy bleed. The bleed is mostly useful in lane to help you win trades. It's also an auto attack reset so be sure to make use of that. Max this second
Rake: Rake sends out a cone of blades which come back to Falcon, dealing damage each time they hit. Used to poke in lane. But be careful, if you spam this than you will go out of mana quickly. Make sure to use your passive with this slow. Max this first
cutthroat: Teleports you to an enemy, slowing them for a split second. This is used for a gap closer. However it can be used to escape in certain situations. And gives a small damage amplification that increases with ability level. However we don't max this until last.
Shadown assault: Falcon's ult. It's on a pretty low cooldown. Can be used offensively, dealing damage, Or to escape, as it gives a 40% MOVESPEED boost. Put a point into this whenever possible.

Ravenous Hydra: This item gives a good amount of AD, lifesteal, aoe attacks, and most importantly, the active. The active is essentially another auto attack (which is quite a lot of damage once you get items). Make sure to activate this during your combo.
Youmuu's Ghostblade: Has a small amount of offensive stats, though not that much compared to other items. But the active movespeed and sttack speed is really useful for chasing, escaping, and dueling.
Last Whisper: Gives % armor penetration to deal with large amounts of armor
Infinity Edge: This item combined with Yoummu gives you a total of critical chance. Although the crit isn't that reliable, it does a huge amount of damage if you do crit. And since you have auto attack reset, you should be autoing in your combo.
Guardian Angel: I like getting this on squishy damage dealers, but you can replace this with other defensive item, or maybe even another damage item.
