btw when I play Fizz i use my abilities alot thats why I have 40% CDR and the lovely Seraph's Embrace on my build. and I've noticed a lot of players don't like this method and prefer the same old builds on him. but this is my own build and it's built on my own play style so hope you guys like it.

ok, Fizz...

Fizz is a great assassin who has a really great poke potential as well as being a melee champion. thanks to his E Playful / Trickster he can evade almost every kind of damage so you can just active your W Seastone Trident ( and remember to do that befor your Q Urchin Strike ) and then just Q Urchin Strike on the enemy champion and then use your E Playful / Trickster to come back to safety without taking any damage ( if you do that combo with a good timing ) and that is for the early game when you still don't have any items. YES!!! that's the poke power of the fish.
and the cool part is : you can do that right under the enemy tower and still no damage taken, you're gonna hear the torrents alert twice but it wont have the time to shoot. but don't do this if the opponent is a stunner.

Teleport
Ignite
i personally like Flash and Teleport on every ap champion. I'm just like walk to the other lanes, get a double kill, recall home, buy stuff, and Teleport back to my lane :D

but Fizz needs to get fed early game so it's more safe to pick Ignite instead. and btw his Playful / Trickster can makeup for a Flash

Pros :
poking
great CC with the ult Chum the Waters
if you get fed early game you'll be unstopable
can evade almost every damage Playful / Trickster & Urchin Strike
great jumping over the walls and jungle camps ( just like Gragas i love that fatty)


Cons :

MUST GET FED
his Chum the Waters might be hard to get used to
kinda paper
in my opinion must have all the 40% cool down reduction but it's not really a Con is it? :D
