There is a world far away populated by graceful and beautiful winged beings gifted with immortality, where an ancient conflict still rages. Like so many conflicts, this war split families. One side proclaimed themselves as beings of perfect order and justice, fighting to unite the world under their law and strong central governance. Those that fought against them saw their kin as tyrants, creatures incapable of seeing the larger view, who would sacrifice individuality and freedom for the illusion of efficiency and safety. Morgana was one who fought against what she perceived as the tyranny of her kind, and for that she was branded ''fallen.'' Morgana was not innocent, having plumbed forgotten ways to gather forbidden might to become a powerful mistress of the black arts. This goal was driven by her obsession to defeat the general of the opposition's army - her sister, Kayle. While the two were in fact birth-sisters, Kayle struck the first blow by disowning any filial connection when Morgana refused to join her cause. Eventually, Morgana grew in power enough to not only reach, but challenge Kayle. As the time approached when the two would meet in what could be their final conflict, Morgana was suddenly summoned to Valoran. At first, Morgana made a deal with the League's summoners to fight in exchange for greater power. With the advent of Kayle into the League, Morgana now willingly fights in the League of Legends for the privilege of being able to destroy her sister again, and again, and again. She lies in wait for the day the bonds of the Institute of War no longer hold her, and on that day she plans to destroy Kayle once and for all and return home a hero. Tips

Shrewd use of Black Shield can determine the outcome of team fights.
Items that provide survivability allow Morgana to become extremely difficult to kill in conjunction with Black Shield and Soul Shackle.
Tormented Shadow is an excellent farming tool if you're by yourself in a lane.

Dark Binding - Morgana releases a sphere of dark magic. Upon contact with an enemy unit, the sphere will deal magic damage and force the unit to the ground for a period of time. Fires a bolt of dark energy towards a target location, binding the first unit hit to the ground for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds and dealing 80/135/190/245/300 (+0.9) magic damage. Tormented Soil - Infects an area with desecrated soil, causing enemy units who stand on the location to take continual damage. Curses a large area for 5 seconds. Soul Shackles - Latches chains of energy onto nearby enemy champions, dealing initial damage to them and slowing their move speed by 20%, and then echoing the pain 4 seconds later and stunning them if they remain close to Morgana. Deals 175/250/325 (+0.7) magic damage to nearby enemy champions and slows their movement speed by 20% for 3 seconds. Additionally, if Morgana stays within 600 range of the targets for the full 3 seconds, they are dealt an additional 175/250/325 (+0.7) magic damage and become stunned for 1/1.5/2 second(s). Soul Siphon - Morgana has Spell Vamp, healing herself whenever she deals damage with her spells.

Pros... * Amazing Laner / Tower pusher. * Impossible to kill 1v1. * Great combo attacks. * Save teamates or make them unstoppable. * Can set up great kills for your teamates. * Awesome farm with Tormented Shadow.

Cons... * Hard to get the last hit on a kill. * If Black Shield down and you get ganked its over. * Sorta squishy if focused. * Proably more can't think of them though.

Greater Mark of Insight These rune will give you more magic damage because he ignore a part of the enemy magic resist. These is the best mark for all AP champion.

Greater Seal of Replenishment

Greater Seal of Replenishment I chose this because your spell have high mana spell and you need to have more mana and mana regen. And with this seal you can spam more time Tormented Shadow to farm the minion.

Greater Glyph of Force and Greater Quintessence of Potency Will give you more ability power and will increase all your spell damage.

This is the best summoner's spells. You can use them to escape from a gank or to initiate. Is good to escape from a CC spell (ex.: Nevermove, Event Horizon...). In my opinion this spell is absoluty necesary for all champion and i suggest you to use.

Good spell because is the single spell you can inflict damage at your enemy champion. With this spell you can reduce the heal regen or all heal spell and you can reduce the volibear passive ( The Relentless Storm). If you have Summoner's Wrath this spell will can give you attack damage and ability power for a early advatange.

OffenseDefenseUtility

You will start with one Doran's Ring to have more health and mana regen because you need to spam Tormented Shadow for minion. When you recall first time you buy Sorcerer's Shoes to increase your damage against champion with high magic resist. The 3rd item is Rod of Ages because will give all stats you need.The next item is Will of the Ancients who give you more spell vamp to restore more hp from spell damage. And for finish you buy Rabadon's Deathcap and Zhonya's Hourglass to increase your ability power and destroy all your oponent.

Optional Items:

With Rylai's Crystal you can slow the enemy and help your team or yourself. For exemple you can use Tormented Shadow to slow all enemies in his area and escape from a gank or to attack him more easily. This item will increase Soul Shackles's slow and help you to give for easily the stun.

Frozen Heart give you more armor and reduce the nearby enemies attack speed. This item is very good against AD champion (ex. Xin Zhao, Nocturne...) and it has a low price. They give you mana for more spell spam and will reduce you the cooldown at your Soul Shackles ulti.

Abyssal Scepter. This item give magic resist to survival at AP champion. His aura decrease the enemy magic resist and you help your team to execute more fast the oponent team. This item is very good against tank enemies (ex.: Volibear, Shen, Warwick...)

Lich Bane will give you more AP and increase considerably your basic attack after use your spell. He give more movement speed who help you when active Soul Shackles and mana for spells spam.

W A R D Sight Ward W A R D

Always buy wards Every time you recall, spend those ridiculous 75 gold on a ward! Even if you can finish your item, but it would leave you with 15 gold, you should screw the item, buy a ward and go back to your lane. Red dots for The Baron Ward and The Dragon Ward. These should always be warded Green dots for your personal wards in the lane. Always have a ward in the river bush. Always have a ward in the river bush. And yes I know I said that twice. Yellow dots are the places for controlling the jungle routes and the Buffs. These can be used to control the map and see the enemy movements as well as for counter-jungling and advanced lane defense (a.k.a. to prevent enemies from ganking you from behind your turret)
