Overview

Farm that Q!!! get tank and rely on your Q for all of your damage. the later the game goes the more of a monster you will become.

**WARNING**
Early game you will be weak so do not try to push your lane or fight, remember just farm your Q and be patient!

Items

HEALTH HEALTH HEALTH!!! Defensive items with a focus on health rather then armor or magic resist, why? Its simple, Life Steal/Atma's Impaler. Nasus' passive is Life Steal and Atma's Impaler gives you more damage the higher your health is. This means you survive longer and deal more damage.

Skills

Get Siphoning Strike early and use it to last hit minions early and often. Atma's Impaler is your only real offense item, but Siphoning Strike is your true damage dealer. FARM FARM FARM!!! The better your farm this skill the more you will help your team in team fights and the more kills you will get.

Masteries

Defense, as a tank your job is to take the damage not deal it. Take 21 to 30 points in the defense tree.

Runes

Its all about getting tanky and surviving early game so take the runes that will help you do that the most.
