How to play it?

Well, this build is kind of unique. With 45% cdr, you have Q, every single 0,6 seconds. You shoot your ultimate, it has 60-90second cooldown. With spamming Q and pushing, you can use it again in 30 second. This helps you pushing the lane, forcing the enemy to defend while you get an objective such as dragon, rift, or baron.
