The item build will give you a massive amount of health and health regen. Small but effective amount of critical chance. Good amount of defense. And Atma's Impaler's passive will be giving you a nice amount of attack damage between 75-85. If your team is losing get the Homeguard Enchantment. If you are playing more agressively get the Furor Enchantment.

Try to use your Frenzy as much as possible since the massive amount of Health you have adds more damage to it.

Other than that, your Q ability will help you catch enemies and your E ability will help you with slowing fast enemies. Your ultimate will help you in teamfights.
