What is this nonsense?
This is just a fun idea I had because I like Ivern. Wanted to see how far I could push the
Brushmaker passive.

Runes
Primary for Jungle -
Domination
Hail of Blades - This keystone serves this build better in the jungle because, during ganks, we need to do as much damage as quickly as possible. The instant attack speed bonus will allow this easier in the early game than the delay on
Lethal Tempo.
Cheap Shot - Easy choice here, bonus true damage when you get someone with
Rootcaller or
Triggerseed CC.
Eyeball Collection - This one is ultimately up to personal preference, I choose this to benefit more off of successful ganks.
Ravenous Hunter - I choose this because it will heal off on-hit damage.
Relentless Hunter is also a valid option.
Primary for Mid -
Precision
Lethal Tempo - We go for this in Mid because you will be directly interacting with an enemy champion more often and for longer periods of time, providing more value than would be had in the jungle.
Triumph - Because we are building for on-hit and attack speed, we mostly want this because
Presence of Mind and
Overheal will not give as much value.
Legend: Alacrity - Bonus attack speed.
Coup de Grace - With everything we have going on, we should handle squishies pretty well, especially with this, and tankier enemies will be a little easier to deal with once we get them low.
Secondary -
Sorcery
Transcendence - We like this for the free 10% CDR and extra AP if you happen to have excess CDR.
Gathering Storm - Even more AP.
Shards
Ability Haste so we always hit maximum CDR. even without
Ardent Censer.
Adaptive Force for the AP, and
Flat Health so we have a little more sustain.
