1. AD marks are better in the jungle.
2. Atma's Impaler and Executioner's Calling are both trash.
3. Teleport + Smite is risky because you don't have any escape spells.
4. AFAIK camps don't have armor so your explanation is a fail.
5. Fiora isn't a champion that deals all her damage in one second, she is somehow like Aatrox or Jax, she deals a lot more damage over time so SHE isn't an assassin.

I am a fan of Fiora jungler, especially with the new Wriggle's Lantern and I have a few commnets about your build:

Crit is strong and all, but not Atma's Impaler. It's stats are very weak, especially when you're not buying any health items. Armor Penetration is a must because enemies have a lot of built in armor and armor from really general purhcases (e.g. Zhonya's Hourglass or Randuin's Omen). Glass cannon is hard on any champion, eesecially melee carries. You're going to be in the faces of enemies during all fights so you'll want at least one item for extra durability, not counting Atma's or boots. Even assassin's build some durability.

That's really all I have to say. Nice explanations to Fiora's kit and what to do during the game. Runes and masteries are fine.
