It all depends on how good Shen is at using W to peel off your auto attacks. If you can stop his short trades, there's not much he can do to stop you from running his ADC down. It comes down to how well the 2v2 goes.

She can poke, she can kite, she can peel, she can out-box you in lane. It is HELL to fight a good karma, she will not let you breathe or jump anyone. Your only hope is to buy regen beads and hold out for skirmishes and teamfights.

If either one of you manages to catch an enemy its over for them. Both your damage and CC are enough to murk them. If you're looking to have some fun, Volibear adc also works with Trundle support.

Swain

He can bully adcs and you can help him get W stacks with your E slow. At late game, if you put knights vow on him, you can both become immortal lmao.

Ziggs

If he doesn't run it down from seeing Trundle support, you two can do incredible things together by just aggressively killing and towerdiving on repeat.
