Masteries

Bounty Hunter gives 5% damage if you kill each enemy player. Greenfather's Gift for bush hooks. Deathfire for the burn since Fervor is usually nowhere near 8 stacks when they die. Merciless for some extra damage. Expose weakness for extra damage. Sorcery since attack speed is not needed.

All the lethality items on Pantheon followed by some tanky items.
As much crit as possible on Blitzcrank with Infinity Edge and Trinity Force for excessive E damage.

Skill Sequence

Get stun first on Pantheon and hook first on Blitzcrank to allow for a level 1 invade. Burn Blitzcrank's ignite in the process. Level 2 Pantheon gets Q and Blitzcrank gets E. Chain CC in this order: Blitzcrank hook, Pantheon stun, Blitzcrank knockup.

Max Q on Pantheon for damage, then W for shorter cooldown.
Max Q on Blitzcrank for cooldown, then E for damage.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
  • A decent amount of CC
  • An excessive amount of damage
  • Decent gap closing

Cons:
  • No range
  • Reliant on Blitzcrank hooks for picks most of the time
  • If they have a Morgana/Leona/Nautilus/Alistar, you're pretty screwed.

Team Work

Communication between Blitzcrank and Pantheon is key. With the rest of the team not so much. Do damage, win lane, win game.

Farming

Use both Relic shields on melee and cannon minions. Other than that, farm aggressively if ahead, passively if behind. Look for hooks into tower where possible.
