You've selected this guide because you want to improve your brand skills in order to get better at support or just having fun playing him. I learned and played him in season 7 in order to boost myself from gold 3 at the time all the way up to plat 2. Down below you can read my short guide and comment if you dont mind.

ABILITY

Blaze (Passive): This passive is a great Tool for dealing damage early on in the game. If you damage an enemy with one of your spells the passive deals an extra 2% of their maximum health as magic damage over 4 seconds.
Once you reach your level 3 you got an huge powerspike since you can take advantage of it. Its as simple as it gets. If you hit the same enemy with three Spells it sets him on fire dealing 12 - 16 (based on level)% + (+ 1.5% per 100 AP) of their maximum health as magic damage for all enemys in the area.

Sear (Q): Sear is a skillshot based Ability that damages the first enemy it hits. If the target has Blaze on him it also gets stunned for 1.5 seconds. Great Spell for an level 2 W + Q Combo to pull of an early trade or maybe even an kill.

Pillar of Flame (W): Your most powerful spell besides your ult. It deals great damage from start and has very good scalings. The best reason using it is to harass enemy laners or deal some extra damage during a trade. If the target has Blaze on him it deals an extra 25% additional damage.

Conflagration (E): The most common spell to start your rotation. Its an Point and click spell so its used to get blaze on the enemy. An quick E + Q + W is an damage dealing Combo and also triggers Blaze second effect the explosion. If the target has blaze on him and you use this spell your blaze will spread to nearby enemys.

Pyroclasm (R): The Ult your wet Support dreams are made of. Once you launch that powerful fireball at an enemy it will bounce to nearby enemys and place blaze on them. If there are only to enemys and Pyroclasm hits both frequently one will trigger the explosion from blaze.

We want to max out because it is our main damage dealer. Then as it allows you to stun the enemy and deal lots of damage.. We level up last as we just need the level one for the and the damage is not that great.

Greater Mark of Magic Penetration: With these, Brand has some very good damage early on in the game. The AP Damage of him just gets boosted using them.

Greater Seal of Scaling Health: Since Brand is an very squishy Support the best option vor seals has to be scaling health to give him the survivalbility against various enemys trying to take down the squishy mage.

Team Work

has not a whole lot of problems to solve. His only tasks are harassing the enemy and kill them. Then he should protect the carry in a fight and deal as much damage as possible. Also he is good chasing enemys if he got rylais and the maxed out support item.

Summary

is an very aggressive Support that is best played using a lot of AP items like . He is capable of dealing very much damage and pretty much can carry an team fight just with his pure damage. But the downside is that he is immobile in lane an can get ganked quite easily. If you win the lane you are pretty much guarenteed to win the game.
