If you begin on red side, get a leash then head over to wait at the enemy team's red as fast as possible. set up camp in the bush nearest to their spawn on the red side. Once the enemy jgler shows up attack them before they can finish their red. Its easier if you get a hard leash instead of using it on your own buff.
If you begin on blue side, take out your blue then gromp and wolves. By this time hunt should spawn so head for that, after that continue clearing all of your jg. It may vary if you have enough health to gank after this. If you have enough, put out a gank, if you dont, back and get your first items.
One thing about my build is its best to gank only after you make a full clear of cs. Which is 24 cs after the runes rework.
This build should only be used by people who are already used to kindred. I focus more on Offense than Defense because i can use my ult and my heal to outplay enemies. By using your Q's mechanic to jump back and forth between walls to avoid your enemies damage, you should be able to 3 shot adcs and mow down tanks.
The cons about this build is that if you're not careful, you can get deleted easily. But it works both ways. They cant kill you if they're dead.

In general this kindred build isnt for everyone. Some prefer more defense than offense but as ive been using kindred for some time now ive figured out that building more offense is the way to go. Its best if you utilize the walls you can jump over in order to stay alive and delete the carry. The more hunts the better.
