Caitlyn
Playing vs Caitlyn is one of the worst lanes for Vayne. The best option to play against Caitlyn is to be under the turret and try to farm as much as possible without having to go into trading and wait for lvl 6 (If you're not too far behind). Going in with your ult will almost always end in your favor. Try to fight at close range, because Caitlyn is the most effective for a longer distance.
