Super easy match up for you. You'll be able to out damage him mid-late game. You just need to be wary and avoid damage from his Q whilst in lane. Getting hit by those could set you back seeing how easy it is to snowball with Ezreal , even with a small lead.
Lucian
His damage early game is almost unrivaled (besides Dravens . This match up shouldn't be too difficult mid-late game seeing that you're one of the strongest duelist ADC's in the game. Avoid getting poked down by him in lane and use your Tumble to avoid lots of damage. Also save you're Condemn and use it on him when he ults if you can't stun him against a wall
Caitlyn
Many people would argue that Caitlyn is the biggest counter to Vayne , but if you can survive laning phase against her. You should be able to drop her easily late game if shes out of position. Most Caitlyn's will try to proc their Headshot and hit you with it to get some poke , and place Bear Traps in and around lane to catch you out. Keep close eye on her movement and where you think she may place them , also try to avoid getting hit by her poke by Tumbling out of her range , also expect her to hold at least ONE Bear Trap for when you ult.
Ashe
Due to Ashe's AOE Slow & Ultimate. It'll be an annoying to lane against her until you manage to get some items. The thing you want to watch out the most for when going against an Ashe is her ultimate. Since Vayne doesn't have a very big auto attack range. It's not to difficult for her to land her Ultimate on you due to the small travel distance. This makes dueling her in 2v2 situations awkward and somewhat rage inducing.A tip when going against her would be not to get in the range of her Volley , cause once she land sit she can chain her slowing auto attacks on you which could ultimately lead to your death since Vayne doesn't have a reliable escape. Letting her push the wave at level 1 isn't a bad idea also , if you can farm under tower and avoid her damage then do so until you hit a power spike.
Draven
Draven has a super powerful early game because of his axes. You can't really do much until you get your Infinity Edge & Statikk Shiv. That being said , whilst dueling Draven. Try your best to Condemn him into a wall so you can avoid his massive DPS. If you're not able to do so. You can always Condemn him away from the area that his Axe will fall , without his Axe's you'll easily be able to solo kill him at almost any point of the game.
Jhin
Jhin is a super strong ADC this patch , getting too close to him when he has his final 4th crit shot proc'd will be the end of you in the earlier stages of the game. Vayne has fairly low defensive stats , so don't allow him to capitalize on that by poking you with that final shot. His Captive Audience can also reveal stealthed targets , if you know where he has them placed. Try not to tumble in them on accident. I know that sounds absurd, but trust me. It happens. His ult shouldn't be too hard to dodge , unless the enemy Jhin predicts your movements perfectly. If you're running away from him while he's ulting , use your Tumble to travel a short distance to avoid the shot. If in any case you're trying to get closer to him while he ult's , the same rules still apply. You can also stop his Ultimate with your Condemn , but chances of you getting in range to do so aren't that high. Unless he's out of position , you'll be able to punish him severely since he has no escapes.
Jinx
Jinx during laning phase will be annoying due to her Rockets. Avoid being too close to your ally minions and your support because of its AOE. You can stop her ult mid-animation if you time your Condemn correctly. For the most part , this isn't a bad match up for you. If you catch Jinx out of position or split pushing alone mid-late game. Don't be afraid to punish her for it.
Kalista
Absurdly strong early game when paired with an all in support. If you get ahead you can easily snowball against Kalista since its hard to come back as her if you're behind. But for the most part , she'll melt you in almost every stage of the game.
Miss Fortune
This isn't too bad of a match up for you. Avoid getting poked by her as much as possible early game , she will do tons of damage to you. In team fights try to sneak around and pick her off , and if possible Condemn her while she ults to cancel it.
Sivir
Easy match up , nothing should really phase you when going against her.
Quinn
Hell of a match up for you, if you can manage to dodge her blind you'll be able to out damage her. But if you can't , its like going against an AD Teemo. feelsbadman
Tristana
Fairly mobile champion that can obliterate you with her crits. Nothing you can really do against her early game except play safe and wait for ganks , unless you manage to get her cc'd for a decent amount of time so you can deal some damage to her.
Varus
Another really easy matchup , dodge his Arrow with your Tumble , dodge his ult with your Tumble. Just Tumble all over this poor soul.
Teemo

Corki
Hard matchup for Vayne since he can shred your armor to the negatives and reveal you while you're in stealth. He does tons of damage to you also , you're going to need a camp against this guy.
Urgot
Can't do anything to this guy , if you ult , he ults & lock on you and reign hell. Similar to Corki , not much you can do without help.

Q : Why Lethality?!
A : Most people find the change that happened to Armor Pen Runes a big nerf. With that being said , it by no means is a nerf! Let me explain myself. Lethality runes scale as flat Armor Pen Runes per level. They actually outscale Flat Armor Pen Runes until level 18. But if you have the new Duskblade with Lethality. You easily make up for it and scale like a monster through out the game. So you don't need to feel rushed whilst trying to obtain items because you still melt tanks due to that awesome scaling which you'll be able to fully utilize from level 6+
Q : No health Runes?
A : I prefer Armor Yellows. If you start Dorans Blade you automatically gain a nice amount of HP to make up for the lack of health + Vayne has very poor base Armor stats so their pretty much essential unless you want to get smashed in lane by poke.
Q : Why don't you have any attack damage runes!
A : This build is mostly about scaling since Vayne is a monster mid-late game. The Lethality runes & item paths will really start to show their power past the 10-15 minute mark. Thats why having FLAT AD Runes or SCALING AD Runes aren't as beneficial as the other choices you have.
