I discovered how OP Annie top is by accident when I had to lane swap to avoid a Xerath in mid(in a ranked game) I went against Gnar top and did extremely well. Since then I have played many games top lane as Annie. In most champions selects people wonder if I am a troll, and explaining that Annie top is strong in every champion select is annoying I decided to make a guide.

Top:
Mid: Any mage/assasin
Jungler: Preferably Tanky and or someone who is good at initiating team fights
Adc: Any adc
Support: Any decent support works well,the tankier the support the better it works
My personal favorites are

Pros:
-625 auto-attack range
-Stun
-Strong early,mid,late solo and team fights

Cons:
-Countered by cc
-Little sustain
-May not fit all team compositions

Farm is very important. During your laning phase your job is to harass you lane opponent with your auto attacks. Last hit minions with your Q to build up your stun. Also use your E to build your stun.

In General:
Against Melee: Auto attack until they are low on health then proceed with stun and enjoy the kill
Against Ranged: Try get the early farm and try not push our your lane. Wait till they are close to your turret, call your jungler stun + kill.

If you find laning difficult stay in turret with your stun up this way you wont die.

If fighting 1 v 1:
Disintegrate - stun your opponent using this
Incinerate - for some aoe damage ;)
Molten Shield to build up next stun
Summon: Tibbers if your opponent is still alive after this just spam your Q 1 more time

1v1 your job is to do the majority of your damage when the opponent is stunned.Then summon Tibbers for on-summon damage and his aa's. Rebuild your stun and win the teamfight

In team fight:
Summon: Tibbers STUN
Incinerate AOE
Molten Shield to build up next stun and absorb damage
Then finish of individual opponents using Disintegrate

In team fights:
1.If your team has a combat initiator such as or then wait for them to initiate after which do a team stun to let your team do the damage.
2.If your team does not have a good fight initiator you could Flash + Summon: Tibbers , or if you could stun 2-3 enemies off guard and start the fight.
