Because you start with W you MUST engage at lvl 1 if you feel confident and prock your PTA - Press The Attack, dont use your W, use it when hes running and you want to slow him, and in case hes winning just go back and hit him with the max range so you do maximum damage and slow.

When you hit lvl 3-4 you can E into the wall and engage him with Q Q and then repeat the W tactic mentioned above.
