A Tank Support with a push back and knock up, he also has a stun that needs to be stacked near an enemy and an ultimate that makes him even more tank. But he is quite immobile and has a large hitbox which is an advantage to Pyke since he easily hook plus stun Alistar and then leave the rest to his teammates for the kill.
Morgana
The biggest threat to Pyke as her magic shield can negate any incoming Crowd Control, Pyke has a pretty slow engage and his hook needs to be channeled so Morgana can take advantage of this by throwing her Crowd Control skillshot or magic shield. Although, you can play around Morgana and bait out her magic shield as it has a long cooldown. Once its down, this is where Pyke will pounce and go for the engage!
Ashe
Not much to be said on Ashe Support matchup against Pyke, she is pretty immobile and doesn't have a hard Crowd Control ability pre-6. If the enemy team will pick this champ, always go aggressive on Ashe or her ADC as it can very much be a free lane.
Bard
Bard isn't that much of a threat on Pyke as Pyke has a lot of mobility, you can easily dodge Bard's ultimate and stun by using your E or W, but a good Bard will always find ways to make some plays with his teammates, always be aware of the magical journey as it can bring in his teammates for an easy flank.
Amumu
Would be considered as a Tank Support in bottom lane but can be built as an AP burst champion. He is evenly matched against Pyke as Amumu doesnt have that much escape tool once he goes in for the engage, take advantage of this if the enemy Amumu makes a mistake on trying to engage.
Annie
Her abilities have a small range on them and most often you will see an Annie waste their flashes for an engage. This isn't ideal as your flash is your only defensive tool for doing a micro on Pyke's Ultimate Death from Below. But she can be a threat in the right hands if the enemy Annie positions herself well for a burst.

Thanks to his passive, Draven synergizes very well with Pyke as they can both snowball the game with their Gold Income using Death from Below. Draven also has high burst damage due to his Spinning Axes.

Ashe is one of the ADC champions in the game that can contribute to the team very well thanks to her utility. She synergizes well with Pyke because of her slows and ultimate ability.

One of the ADC champions that can combo very well with Pyke. Her passive can help contribute to Pyke's crowd control abilities. She is one of the best champions to be paired with Pyke thanks to her ability combo's that can contribute to snowballing, especially during team fights.

Her traps are one of the best crowd control abilities in the game that can zone out enemies. Just like with Samira, Caitlyn can synergize well with Pyke's crowd control abilities as it can help Caitlyn land some crucial traps that can lead to deadly one hit combos.
Jhin
Jhin is usually a very dependent ADC. He needs a proper crowd control support in order to land his deadly flourish. He synergizes well with Pyke thanks to Pyke's crowd control abilities. His long-range abilities are also very powerful as it can contribute very well when picking enemies off.
Brand
One of the few AP champions that can be paired with Pyke. Thanks to his burn abilities and item builds, his synergy with Pyke is one of the best in the game due to this but isn't the best when doing level 2 power spikes as he needs to at least have three of his abilities to make use of his passive.
Ezreal
The safest ADC to be paired with Pyke, he can poke with his Q and has a global ultimate, his arcane shift makes him very slippery during laning phase and team fights. Overall, he is decent or ok to be paired with Pyke as he can be pretty safe and independent.
Jinx
A scaling ADC, she isn't the best but works well with Pyke once you peel and feed her properly.
Hwei
One of the AP Bottom Lane champions that works very well with Pyke. Has a lot of utility, damage and crowd control in his kit which can benefit both Pyke and Hwei in the bottom lane during laning phase and team fights.
Kalista
She is very mobile and nimble thanks to her kiting potential. She isn't the best but can work well in bottom lane once you feed her very well. Her ultimate can be used as an engage tool for Pyke or an ability that can save Pyke.
Miss Fortune
Miss Fortune is one of the classic traditional ADC's that can burst the enemy and properly setup a winning team fight thanks to her ultimate. Her synergy with Pyke solely relies on her ultimate and her zoning potential with her Q.
Aphelios
A scaling ADC which doesn't really benefit Pyke that much early on in the game as Aphelios is strong during mid-late game. He can work well with Pyke if Pyke is able feed him properly early on. He lacks mobility as well which can hinder Pyke's roaming capabilities as Aphelios needs to be babysit in the bottom lane.
Lux
I've seen a few Lux bottom lane picks in my game, she is not the best as she has to land her abilities properly to be very useful and efficient. The synergy can work well once Lux and Pyke is able to chain cc the enemy.
Nilah
She has very short range which could lead to the enemy poking her out during laning phase, she has to rely on Pyke to land his hooks but if the enemy team has a tank support and a poke ADC, its going to be difficult for Nilah and Pyke to dominate early on. She has very good engage tools and sustain that can help her in lane but the lack of range is a huge disadvantage for their synergy.
Seraphine
I would consider Seraphine as one of the broken AP champions to be paired with Pyke in the bottom lane. Her utility and burst damage as an AP Carry is really strong and if Pyke keeps feeding her kills and assists its going to be a nightmare for the enemy team to stop us during team fights. She has a Poke, Crowd Control and Utilities that can heal, shield and grant movement speed towards her allies which is going to be beneficial not only to Pyke but to her whole teammates as well.
Sivir
She has a very strong pushing power in the bottom lane and has an ability that can negate or block an enemy skill. Her synergy with Pyke relies on her independence in lane but the lack of sustain and mobility can hinder her well during laning phase when Pyke roams around the map.
Smolder
A scaling ADC that works well with Pyke if Pyke is able to guarantee him a kill early on, once Smolder is well fed during mid-late game the game is definitely over for the enemy team. His weakness however with Pyke is his weak early game power, Smolder is not strong early on but can make up if Pyke is giving him the kills he needs.
Twitch
Both Twitch and Pyke have invisibility skills, both can roam around the map and surprise enemies. However, twitch is pretty immobile early on and is susceptible to crowd control abilities if not careful. Pyke needs to properly peel enemies off of twitch and let him scale early on. Find opportunities to engage squishy enemies with your hooks and let twitch free hit on the back.
Tristana
Has a very strong engage tool thanks to her Rocket Jump and Explosive Charge, she can snowball the game early on once fed. But the downside here is her ultimate which can be miscommunicated around Pyke if not careful. Overall, she isn't the best but still viable on the bottom lane if Pyke is able to win his matchup.
Varus
A traditional on-hit attack speed ADC but can be built with Lethality or AP items. His abilities can benefit Pyke as he has a Crowd Control ultimate which spreads and a slow. Also has a high burst with 3 stacks on his passive to the enemy plus W and Q which can burst down an enemy pretty fast.
Vayne
Vayne is very mobile and nimble but lacks range, her burst is very slow without her W passive but can synergize well with Pyke as long as Vayne scales well early on. She is however very susceptible to pokes which can hinder her a lot on laning phase if the enemy team knows how to navigate around minions to protect them from Pyke's hook.
Ziggs
Very good pair with Pyke when it comes to shoving lanes and pressuring enemies under tower, although he is very much open for assassins to kill in case he is being left alone in a lane. Best to guard him up with wards if you're planning to roam around the map.
Zeri
An independent ADC with mobility and AoE on-hit damage thanks to Statik Shiv and her ultimate. Her weakness though is her early game power as its quite weak when doing level 2 power spikes with Pyke, she is also very open to pokes as her auto range is quite small. Once fed by Pyke though, she is a monster in game.
Yasuo
Paired with Pyke? This duo has a very strong engage potential, the windwall itself can be played around by Pyke and Yasuo, plus Pyke's hook can knockup enemies which can be a disaster to squishy enemies that can be easily bursted down by Pyke and Yasuo.
Xayah
The anti-assassin ADC, her ultimate is one of the most useful skills to deny an assassin burst, her Crowd Control is also really good for Pyke as her feathers deal a lot of damage for Pyke to execute in his ultimate. Her downside though is her lack of mobility, but makes up with her high kiting potential and invulnerability state with the ultimate.
