This build was first introduced by the one and only HotshotGG. Cody- HotshotGG.

This build takes advantage of Cho'gath's Passive, which gives him hp per stack.
Champions like varus and kog'maw has made it tough out there for health stacking Cho's, this is what Hotshot saw back then "in the days". The build and the player became legendary when he carried Clg against Tsm with his Main champion Cho'gath.

P.S This build only works with the Gentleman Cho'gath skin!

Cho'gath is a great toplaner, due to his passive and general tankyness. Cho'gath is a great midlaner, Jungler and in some situations support! But in this build it is all gonna be about Toplane.

Tank runes is the best option for Cho'gath right now, the greater marks of attack damage is for early game power against bruiser, and for lasthitting.

for masteries i go a basic 9 21 0 focusing on the general tankyness.

Cloth armor against bruiser top works really good right now. Red pot is viable but Cho'gath does not need the early game power. Your aim is Philosopher's Stone, so getting fearie charm or Rejuvenation Bead is not a bad idea.

you are now done with your Frozen Heart and the other two defensive items, the next item is optional.. the only thing is that it have to be something offensive.. like Wit's End or Last Whisper. you can even go Malady after this you should build Atma's Impaler to use the affect of your ulty Feast which is giving you 900 healt at full stacks lvl 16, which mean you don't have to buy more hp. after this you can now call yourself a real Gentleman.

Flash is a good option for every champion (recommended)
Teleport great for a solo top, to go back and buy and dragon pressure (recommended)
Ignite a great spell, really helps finishing people off..
Ghost this you can choose over flash, ghost is good for finishing someone off with your feast
Smite Not in toplane, tho.. feast smite is a truly nasty combination.
Exhaust yet another great spell for Cho'gath helping you feastin people

Feasting is very important to keep at fully stacks, you are not gonna buy any healt items.
remember you dont always have to finish people off with Feast it can be a sign to target someone like Teemo in teamfigts

i cant explain how important farming really is.... you should try to get every single minion, i mean it, every single one.. if you have the option to auto attack the enemy and last hit a minion, last hit the minion. It will really help you get more money for your items.

Rupture is fine, but the silence in feral scream makes it too good not to max.

You should time you trips back so you can buy atleast one ward, pinks are really strong right now!

This build makes you a giant CCBug.
