My permaban. AP this season has made her a bigger problem. She has plenty of mobility to be slippery and AP damage output strong. Try your best to be even with objectives. Look to secure at least 1 void grub.

The new items this season are so strong for her. Don't 1v1 her and try to counter gank early to prevent her from getting ahead.

If for any reason he builds into a tank. Yup, big problem, and you are left with peeling all game. He is a jungle or top, with standard lethality. It's a big problem if his first item was built before 10 minutes. GG go next.

Brand

Fight as a team against him and be spread out to prevent getting brand ult. Do NOT have all lane losing. Try to secure a lane where you can either get dragon obj or rift obj. Brand lack of mobility is what you need to take advantage of. You either out gank him or focus objective. You don't win 1v1 against him unless, for some reason, you are 2 items up.

Amumu

Even

He can be a major threat if you are not tracking them. His teamfight can be stronger but look to pick out his team first. If you can't, better off peeling your carry.

Yasuo

OK. Yea if he's ahead. OK. E+W.
Peel him away from carry. Alright

Yone

Yasuo half brother. OK. E+W. OK

Viego

Minor

Viego would have to invade early to get a lead on you. As long you watch out for his level 3 invade. You will be fine because realistically that's the only time he can kill you.

Master Yi

They know better than to not fight you, but if they do. You can wait out YI Q then you taunt W. Most of the time he will kill himself trying to kill rammus. Best to peel him off from your teammates or to 1v1 him while you're ahead.

Evelynn

If she counters you for any reason. She is just ahead. You don't need to worry about her, once you have thornmail. A MR Item could be nice if there is more than one AP on her team.

Jinx

Easiest ADC to kill. Her build melts herself against rammus. E+W. Dead

Nidalee

Tiny

The only thing you have to worry about is if she lands the Q or not. She a burst champion that can be shutdown early. Always squishy and easy to pick out during a teamfight.

Singed

He fast. You fast. CC together and both can run it through the backline. Together could play offense and defense for team fights.

Zilean

Ideal

His E makes you go zoom. Zoom catches enemies. Zoom makes you fast and hard to pick off. This support alone needs a higher tier than ideal for synergies on rammus.

Yuumi

Ideal

Makes you stronger all game. Love the speed boost and you help Yuumi land ult easily.

Kennen

Ideal

He's fast and you're fast. Kennen can stun many while dealing damage. Rammus follows up behind an engage or can help Kennen land his stun easier.

Thresh

Strong

CC chain. Good Thresh saves lives and q engage is too strong. You can keep someone CC for a good 4-6 seconds. As long your ability is up.

Morgana

Strong

She makes you stronger with a shield. Her root and your taunt equal 4-5 seconds CC.

Malzahar

Strong

He can be a support or mid. His ult with your taunt. Long CC and burn from Malzahar will probably kill your target. In team fights strong enough to pick out opponents and with the silence will be quite troublesome to be dealt with.

Teemo

Low

Teemo helps against some champions who auto for true damage. Vayne is one of the most annoying ones to name. Can someone match your speed but the majority of the time, Teemo goes off somewhere placing shrooms.
