You take the attack speed runes because of clear speed and clear health. You can clear ur whole jungle and still be healthy enough to gank lanes without even backing. Flat ad reds, flat mr blues, flat armor yellows, standard stuff. Masteries go 21-9-0 cause u dont need the tank stats early on.

Start with hunters and pots. On ur first back u want to get the stalkers blade, tier 1 boots and start to build ur enchanted jungle item. After ur jungle item statt a ravenous hydra. Finish boots whenever u want. For after core if going tank (recommended) get a spirit visage and a randuins (order flexible). If going damage get a triforce then a bork or other damage item. Last item u want to get either a last whisper or guardian angel if ur being focused.

Start golems (krugs) and get a leash. Start ur q (queens wrath) And wait fpr ur golems to spawn. Smite the big one immediately then start auto attacking with ur q activated. Pop a health potion as soon as youve taken damage from the camp. After this camp u should level ur w and go underground to get healed from ur passive. Head to ur wraith camp and start underground, fire the missile, knock them up then attack with q and pop ur other potion. After this wait at red undergroud until smite has 12 sec cd left then start ur red. Smite as soon as its off cd and finish the camp. Go clear wolves or gank. If u went to wolves then afterwards go gromp (smite it) then blue. Between camps make sure to use ur passive to heal up. Use ur e when on full fury for max dmg.
At level 6 u can solo dragon if u have close to full health and smite. Just time ur abilties properly and make sure ur safe to take it. (Not warded etc)

When ganking use ur red trinket to clear wards as to not get spotted. engage for ur laner but try to save ur e if they have an escape/flash available. Use the blue smite to slow them down for ur knockup. Remember that even if u don't get the kill, if they're flash is gone its worth. U can stick around if u don't think they're going to back for a take 2 on ur gank.
