Story
Consumed by his anger, Renekton turned on the one being who could defeat him -- his own brother. Nasus pleaded with Renekton to see reason. Realizing that he was beyond redemption, the despondent Nasus valiantly struck down his wayward sibling. Defenseless, Renekton waited eagerly for death's release. It never came. He was spared when summoners from the League of Legends claimed his brother. Caught in the wake of this powerful spell, Renekton tumbled for what seemed like ages between realities. When he finally emerged, he fell deep into the sewers of Zaun. Insane with fury, Renekton languished in his newfound home, driven senseless by his rage. That is until, by happenstance, he caught a familiar scent on the air. Believing that the familiar scent would guide him to the solace which was fading from his memory, he traced his brother to the Institute of War.
''My brother has become hollow. Full of rage, but empty.'' -- Nasus, the Curator of the Sands.
PROs:
+Very good lategame
+ Ruthless Predator is good for first blood
+High damage
+Good in 1on1 or even 1on2
+Chasing or escaping with Slice and Dice
+No Mana!
CONs:
-No tank, you will die instantly if you get focused
-Still weak to Crowd Control (slow, stun...), because you dont use Mercury's Treads
-Quite weak before level 6
-Fury! Without your Dominus it refills with hits only- you might die in some teamfights

Marks
Greater Mark of Desolation x9,
beacause your attacks do normal damage and more armor penetration means more damage.
Seals
Greater Seal of Evasion x9,
because you're melee dude, evasion might save your ***.
Glyphs
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction x9,
because you got no mana - so it's useful to get the cooldown reduction cap.
Quints
Greater Quintessence of Desolation x3,
same as the mark's description (gives you even more armor pen.)

On a lane:
Well it's quite easy. You can use your abilities as often as you like - you got no mana.
For you that means you can last hit with your Cull the Meek or heal yourself if you got 50+ fury.
But NEVER waste your Slice and Dice and Ruthless Predator for creeping, if (!) youre laning solo/ theres the danger that your opponents will start an attack.
Harras (inflict damage to your enemy without killing him instantly):
Quite easy: Slice and Dice to your opponent, Ruthless Predator for stunning, Cull the Meek and then Slice and Dice out again.
(E-W-Q-E)
WARNING!
NEVER harras in tower range or if your opponents got CC(Crowd Control)!
Teamfights!
Well, in teamfights it looks like this:
First you use Dominus (but don't scare them away!)
Then you Slice and Dice to the squishiest one, Ruthless Predator, Cull the Meek and Slice and Dice to follow(last hit) or escape.
(R-E-W-Q-E) OR(!) if you want to be safe:
(R-W-E-Q-E) - Ulti, Prepare Stun, Slice in and HIT, Cull and Dice out / follow
