Only important thing with Renekton is controling your "Rage" bar for maximize your damage.You need to know that your first cast of Slice and Dice don't cost "Rage" from your bar.
Laning phase
That's reason why you want take ignite, just to make more preasure.
Also you will push your lane in 95% matchups, so dont overextand and also try to have warded bush permanetly.
Situational items
Nice item if you are facing full AD enemy team, or Fiora on lane.
Adaptive Helm
Perfect item if you are facing Rumble on top lane.
Blade of the Ruined King
This item is nice if you playing vs. tanks e.g. Maokai, Nasus...
Duskblade of Draktharr
This item is perfect if you make big adventage in early game and want to carry and stomp game.
