I main Rengar he is my favourite champion. Pure assassin ,he eliminate carry , and he does it well. He have amazing first blood potential with Elixir of Fortitude and his double Savagery he have also good snowball potential , and those first bloods makes his mission even easier.

Best Rengar spells . Ignite finishes people , which helps securing kills and gives us bestter output dmg. Flash Great spell for Rengar , cause he don't have natural gap closer except passive.If we don't take Flash only possibility is Ghost.
Other viable:
-Catch people . This spell + Thrill of the Hunt makes us usain rammus.
-if u have unwinnable lane , but not recommended.
-viable but not recommended, probably good against Darius, or Garen
- better 1v1, but let support take this.

Rengar is usually stronger when maxing Q , but his bola is very effective harras and high base damage when being very safe from enemy,it always depends on your lane matchup .
