Who is Rengar ? ( in few words )

Rengar is one of the easiest champions in a game. He is also one of the strongest ones. But if you dont know how to play with him , you may fail so much, that you will think - " Rengar - is not my champion, he is very weak for me " . And that will be wrong. Absolutely. Rengar is my favorite champion, because you can build whatever you want and still be good with him. You will never be useless even if you have just 6 warmogs. Variety of his builds is totally insane. Remember, playing Rengar means that you're not just a typical assassin ( Kill and die instantly ) . Rengar is Champion who can carry the whole Game ]ALONE[

CDR runes are needed , so we will decrease our cd a lot. More Q - More chance to win

The only Masteries for Toplane

These masteries give you some CDR, so you dont need anymore. Thunderlord provides tons of dmg with your w+q+ferocity Q combo.
