Introduction

Hi there. My name is Lee. And I main Riven. I have climbed many.. many divisions with her! In many regions! You can find me on EUNE, TR, WEST, RUS.. as diamond and platinum.
I don't have to say anything else. I don't want to make the guide boring. So I only give you what you came here for. Also, there are notes at every section. So you don't need to ask or to make it too boring for you. :)

ITEMS: The build I do is: Long Sword + 3 HPots. Because I play rushing 40% CDR on Riven cause it's the best way to play her, at the first back I aim to get Brutalizer.
So the Build its like: Long Sword + HPots > Brutalizer + Ionian > Hydra > Ghostblade > Whisper > Cleaver > Infinity.

ABILITIES: Maxing Q > E > W.
Here is a few words why I max Q over W and E.
The main reason we max Q before W and E is because Q is dealing the most damage with the autoattacks.
Why do we max E before W? It's pretty simple. Maxing E (shield) it reduces it's cooldown and also provides more shield. This will help you doing more turnarrounds.
Last but not least. W can deal huge ammount of damage when it will be fully maxxed.

Level 1 Riven Q combo: Auto + Q + Auto + Q + Auto + Q + Auto
Level 2 combo: Auto + Q + Auto + W + Auto + Q + Auto + Q + Auto
Full combo without ultimate: Auto + E + Q + Auto + Q + Auto + W + Auto + Q + Auto
Level 6 combo: (R+W at the same time) + Ignite + Auto + E + Auto + Q + Auto + Q + Auto + Q + Auto + R + Auto

Assasinate and win the game.
Use R, Flash + W on the ADC or Mid laner and disappear him! Even if you die, your team will win the teamfight!

MASTERIES: Offense Masteries Tree (21): These are the best masteries for Riven for S5. They grant you damage, penetration and sustain.
Defense Masteries Tree (9): These are the defensive masteries I use, but you can replace "Enchanter Armor" with "Recovery" for more lane sustain. Also if you need magic resist you can also replace "Jaggernaut" with "Resistance".
Utility Masteries Tree (0): No. Just No. Riven doesn't need anything from the Utility. She only needs the CDR that she gets from Masteries, Runes and Items!

RUNES: The way I play Riven is rushing CDR. Cause CDR is everything on Riven!
Marks: Standard Damage, the best out there for Riven.
Seals: Armor, because.. how she can stand on top lane without Armor?
Glyphs: CDR! Cause thats how we like it!
Quins: Damage. Cause once again Damage is the best out there for Riven!
