My Very First Guide.
Okay so, This is my very first attempt at a guide. I will try to be as informative as possible, Riven is a new champion but I feel as if I can submit my own opinion on her items and play style that may help other Summoners. Feel Free to leave any comments, down rate, up rate, and/or message me In game(Miss Minx).
I will end up updating this guide soon In the next few days when I have more time, I would just like too Share my Two cents on what Item's I have had a good experience on with Riven.

Introduction
Riven
To me, she is getting very unwarranted remarks on how strong she is as a champion. People argue that her roll can be filled better by other champions. In some situations that may be true, Riven is not the god that people make Tryndamere or Xin out to be. I feel strongly that with the right Item Choices, Team Selection, and Personal Play Style, Riven is a force to be reckoned with.What riven lacks in cleavage she makes up with her Mobility, Disruption, and Damage Output. All of these make her a strong ally. Hopefully my guide or attempt at one will make a few more people believers in the Leagues' brand new kick-*** female champion.(Girl Power)

-Great Damage Output
-Hard to Chase/Escape
-Low Cooldowns
-Great Farmer
-Big Potential For Greatness
Cons-
-Squishy Early
-A little Tricky to Master
-Requires Team Work/Positioning
-Cannot Solo Lane Well
Masteries
. She is an AD champion but does not require crit damage ( She is not

) So the Masteries focus on Maximizing Her Damage, and Early Game Survivability
Runes
The Runes in my build are pretty simple, I tend to be a defensive player with a small amount of what some would call occasional recklessness. (Go big or go home right?)
Most of my Runes for any champion are geared for early game survival and this is true for Riven as well.
I feel this is great for Riven's Early Game, so for me its a must have. You could also go with greater quintessence of desolation If you are the more aggressive type.
Greater Mark of Desolation
Armor Pen Is Always the way to go for most AD champions
She suffers from a case of the squishyness syndrome very early. Leading to these being almost nesissary. You could also use Greater Seal of Vitality If this suites you more.

Cooldown Reduction vs Early Game Survivability the choice is yours.

For me, Items should be looked at as seeds. I plant a good foundation with base items and grow them over time into pwnage items of doom. ^.~

A big mistake alot of new summoners make when it comes to item builds is failing to realize building to counter the other team should be a priority, as well as trying to increase your effectiveness.

are for the game where the other team may not have the CC so focusing on yourself would be the better choice.
Why Phage before B. F.sword? you can build which ever floats your boat, I personally dig the survivability early over the increased damage. (building into

This is for the extra damage not so much for the life steal, Riven wants asmuch AD as possible, She benefits from it in every way, her shield, her passive, and other abilities all get epic the more she has, the better.
At this point you should be a beast, why not become a beast that has the power of Jesus. Resurrect and spam/auto-attack away
